I don’t know about you but September was a whirlwind month – I blinked and summer was suddenly over!
We’ve been busy preparing for our redirection as it all unfolds in 2010 (except for one BIG announcement I’m making a little further down in this message). In fact, we’ve had a number of folks ask if my announcement of offering a live event was a farce and the answer is no. My event is slated for March 2010 and we plan to have more details for you next month so be on the look out.
In addition to having family visit, preparing for some incredible client brand launches, and house-guests of the insect kind (don’t ask!), I had the pleasure of being the keynote at the annual Sales & Marketing Summit for eWomen Network.
As I stood at the podium, I soaked in all the radiant faces looking back at me and felt awed by the sheer magnitude of power and potential in that room. I opened my talk with a reminder of the incredible uphill momentum women are, and continue to, gain in the global marketplace. To say we are in exciting times is an understatement!
My topic was on Thinking Big and Living Bold. I’d like to share some of that talk with you today…
You see in order to think big you’ve got to apply 3 key principles:
1. Build momentum by connecting to your passion: I often ask my clients what they’re most passionate about and they usually respond with comments like, “helping people,” “my kids,” or “personal development.” While these are all good beginnings, the real answer lays somewhere deeper. Passion is really a “what” proposition. If you are passionate about helping others for example, ask yourself in what way? Specificity is key!
It’s this unyielding passion that creates momentum in your business and keeps your inner fire burning when revenues are soft. If you find yourself not moving forward in your business, check your passion temperature. If it’s not burning hot, rethink your direction.
2. Plug into your own electricity: Our mothers, significant others, children, colleagues and even clients all have a great idea they think we should implement. It does you no good to live someone else’ dream or exist to make someone else happy. What about you? By plugging into your own electricity you shine brightly, live happily and contribute from a place of pure authenticity. It’s only when you operate from your own wattage – and releasing your blocks in the process – that big ideas flow. And, what an empowered way to live!
3. To live boldly you must take action: We are often our own worst enemy, particularly when we become comfortable with our own insecurity. It’s true. Living boldly requires that you become comfortable being uncomfortable. Fear, insecurity, doubt, guilt are just names for the protective armor you hide behind to prevent you from grabbing life by the horns and stepping into your bold future. Courage, discipline and your own standard of excellence are your strongest allies enabling you to let down your armor and let the real you take a stand.
I’m a firm believer in not only practicing what you preach but in “living” your message. And so, while we have some incredible announcements to make as we lead into 2010, I wanted to make one BIG announcement today…
For the last few years, I’ve offered a portion of my brand development process in the form of an information product. We’ve sold hundreds of the award-winning Your Ultimate Brand by Design and I’ve been delighted to offer my brand building strategies in this format.

What you may not know is that a significant part of my 1:1 work with brand development clients is highly intuitive. In order to uncover the true essence of a client – which is not to be confused with personality, talent or skills – I developed a process that I’ve honed over the years resulting in 9 out of 10 clients having their biggest AHA moment in one short meeting. And for the first time ever, I am sharing the exact intuitive process I use to help my clients experience 100% clarity in their greater purpose, direction and message.
I’m delighted to announce my brand new Clarity Apprentice™ program. This is a highly experiential opportunity for personal development and performance coaches, consultants, healers, and anyone that wish for a clear process to guide your clients to their next level of success.
The Clarity Apprentice™ program is limited to a handful of professionals that will work closely and privately with me. If you are an intuitive or wish to strengthen your intuitive skills and want a way to bridge intuition with conventional business practices, this may be right for you. Get in touch with your interest and Jamie will send you some preliminary information.
And if the Clarity Apprentice™ program doesn’t sound right for you, know that I’ll be offering you something special in the next few weeks that may just be what you’re looking for.
Until next time…
Love and thanks,
Liz
